Music Jamboree continues to attract children who have not begun music lessons to attend it. With this revelation, we are now very enthusiastic about sharing our ideas with more music teachers, schools and studios.

Every year, music teachers from different areas attend this program to meet and build relationships with each other. We feel that there is a need for music teachers to come together to join efforts to cultivate our overall objective of creating more awareness on the importance of a good music education for all our children.

Music Performance and Appreciation (MPA) De Music Box, Puchong, Selangor

The said event was held on 19 April 2008 from 5:30pm~7:00pm. All students are performing pieces from Lina Ng's Piano Lesson Made Easy Series. Most of the students are having their first performance, most of them are quite well prepared, not much of "stage fright". Parents here are very sporting. When the children do the rhythmic (clapping) acitivities, and singing along acitivity, they also join together. The sesssion end at 7:00pm. They are looking forward for the next session. De Music Box are happy with the entire event as well. So, next one will be around 19 Ocotber 2008. We do not do the MYOM, because we only have 10 minutes left over after the activities and performance. Most of the family are have dinner appointment as it is a Saturday night. The MYOM sheet has been given to De Music Box for each participants as the follow up activity in their classroom.
